As a registered Non-Profit/501(C)(3) it is our goal to support the educational programs within our community. The construction industry has many career opportunities and we bridge the gap between public and private to support the learning experience. PBG can facilitate the practical experience to  enhance a vocational training program or just a field trip. With our partners in the building industry we can provide access & insight to a career in the exciting construction industry and the construction management process. 

We know that learning is supported by the hands-on approach and with excellent teachers, its a win-win for all. That's why our Kiosk, Kan-it and ADU build-out Programs were developed. Its not just hammers, brooms and shovels, the construction industry has a wide variety of opportunities. The right balance of book-read and the visual / practical experience will bring enthusiasm into any training course. 

With proper education and exposure to the construction experience, we can help develop discipline and skill-sets that last a lifetime. 

It is PBG mission to provide construction focused opportunities to educators, young adults and the underprivileged. Capturing the student's hidden talent early on and stimulating their abilities is our goal.
